You will be part of the platform and learn the ways and methods that are used to run the platform. The platform has multiple towers and involves a constant clean communication to conduct business without any glitches.

First 2 months you will be made aware of the platform and shadow each tower closely. The next 3 months will be with a tower you are most comfortable with. You will be the shadow there too along with the scope to get hands-on training. The last month will be a contemplation and decision making month for you to ideate and get your ideas moving.

There is no cost involved for this as we look forward to helping fresh individuals and interested candidates to learn about how a platform runs and what it needs to run.
